Weighing not much more than its power source (a single AAA battery), the Sansa m250 2 GB flash memory digital audio player is a full-featured, ultra-portable MP3 player. The m250 includes FM radio and voice recording, a backlit LCD screen that displays ID3 tag information, support for multiple file formats, and full compatibility with most subscription services.

Take Your Music With You
The 2 GB Sansa m250 will hold approximately 32 hours of CD-quality MP3 tracks (encoded at 128kps) or 64 hours of WMA tracks (at 64kbps). It's compatible with MP3, WMA, secure WMA, and Audible audio file formats. The backlit LCD screen shows ID3 tag information for the currently playing track (song title, artist and album). Navigate the music on your player with ease, sorting by artist, album, song title, playlist or other criteria. With five equalizer types, you can optimize your sound for your favorite style of music, such as, Rock, Jazz, Classical, Pop, and Custom (user-defined). Keep the music coming with up to 19 hours continuous playback using one AAA Battery.

FM Radio
The m250 includes a digital FM radio tuner for portable radio listening. Easily access your favorite stations by adding them to one of the 20 presets.

Ease of Operation
To transfer songs to the Sansa, simply connect the device to your PC via the included USB 2.0 cable. The device will appear as a drive in the Windows Explorer. Battery operated- very nice

SanDisk Sansa m250 Product works great. I have over 300 songs on my unit and have room for more. My family has several other MP3 players. What is nice about this product is that it runs on a AAA battery. No need for charging this item. Also the battery last a good long time The size is compact enough to fits into a pocket. Easy to use.
If your not great at remembering to charge your MP3....this could be your dream MP3.
I used this product on my walks (about an hour a day). This MP3 player last just over 2 weeks on one AAA battery. About 17 hours give or take a couple hours. Can't complain.

Forget ipod (and the big money); Sandisk makes a great mp3 player

I feel like the only person in the world without a "real" ipod, but quite frankly, I feel like the Sandisk gives me everything I need at a fraction of the price. This is the 3rd model I've bought (I had the 1/2 gig, the 1 gig, now I'm up to the 2 gig). I think I have about 300 songs on my current model.... loading the player is really easy (I use Windows Media Player), and the navigation on the player is a scinch. And it takes "normal" AAA batteries (alkaline or rechargeables). If you're considering the ipod shuffle, you should seriously consider this model instead.... it gives you a lot more features for a fraction of the price.

My only suggestion is that Sandisk always include white earbuds instead of black ones, regardless of the color of the player itself (they did on the last 2 models, but not on this most recent one). Black earbuds look dated.

SanDisk MP3 Player

This is a great product. I absolutely love the MP3 player. The band makes it perfect for working out. It's very lightweight and the sound is very clear. At the moment I have about 97 songs loaded, and it's working great. I have no complaints about the MP3 player. It's a great buy!
